I believe you should feel safe, respected and in control of your decisions during pregnancy, birth, and as a new parent, whatever your circumstances.

As a former Midwife and Nursery Nurse I have over 30 years of experience working with parents and babies and new parents, and I am comfortable supporting births at home, hospital or in Theatre.

Babies are born into families with many different needs, and I can offer non-medical, non-biased, practical and emotional support. Providing time, information and nurturing care, to prepare you to have a GOODBIRTH whatever kind of birth it may be.

My Doula practice weaves traditional birth keeping with science, leaning in to natures seasonal and lunar cycles.

Birthing is very much like entering a labyrinth, a journey to the centre of yourself, and a return.

My aim is to walk with you as you find your way, not lead you.
