The GOODBIRTH Hypnobirthing course is a complete, realistic and practical antenatal education class. You will learn ways to relax in pregnancy and during your birth, using breathing and other techniques. These methods can be used in any birth situation, at home, at hospital, or in theatre.

-methods to manage any pain or sensations

-what to do if birth plans or expectations change

-how to recognise early labour

-the birth process 

-birth hormones

-practical support from a birth partner

-the first hours/days with your baby

plus SO MUCH MORE! I include insights from my years of experience, of being privileged to be present at hundreds of births.

I am a registered KGH Hypnobirthing teacher DipHB (KGH). The KGH teacher training Diploma is accredited by the RCM (Royal College of Midwives). The course not only teaches Hypnobirthing, but also offers evidence based antenatal education and practical information, for you to make informed choices.

The course includes up to 10 hours of teaching, over 2,3 or 4 sessions. This will be tailored to suit your needs and availability. Please contact me to discuss your specific requirement, or for an information form.

Your personalised Hypnobirthing Antenatal Course can be taught privately in your own home, or in 'THE SNUG' at GOODBIRTH in Torbay, or via private live zoom sessions/video calls.

The course Hypnobirthing book, course notes from me, and access for queries via WhatsApp/email/text are included.

A birth partner or friend is encouraged to attend with you free of charge.

If you have studied any other online course, or book, but feel you would like a one to one practical session with a teacher to discuss your personal birth options, practice techniques, or have a relaxation session, a one off session can be booked.
